An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 99play2 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administrative fee of up to RM10, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Odds are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, applicable refund or void rules as stated in the sportsbook rules section will govern the outcome.
Live dealer games including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and sic bo are operated in real time. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of the round as determined by the live dealer system shall stand. 99play2 is not liable for any losses arising from player-side technical disconnections.
